Because every Low Tide Club piece is made to order, we currently don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check back, as our policies may change as we grow. 

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we've got you. Reach out to lowtideclub.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit. Easy, stress-free, and very low tide of us. 🌊
