Where are your products made?
We source from a few trusted manufacturers. Many of our product are manufactured in Pakistan using premium cotton blends, while others are produced in Honduras or Nicaragua. Check each product description for details.
All items are designed, printed, and shipped in the U.S., and every piece is inspected to ensure the quality, comfort, and coastal-calm feel we promise.
How are your garments printed?
Each piece is always professionally screen printed or DTG printed for the best quality, durability, aesthetic, and feel — we never use heat transfers. Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final.
Because each piece is currently made in small batches, we can’t offer returns or refunds at this time. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item or damage), please reach out to lowtideclub.shop@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
We’re a growing brand, and our policies may change over time — check back for updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but check back soon for updates as this will change in the future as we grow! International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country, as well as any delays caused by customs processing.
How long will my order take to ship?
All orders ship within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Transit time will vary based on your destination. You’ll receive tracking info by email once your order is on the way.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at lowtideclub.shop@gmail.com with details and a quick photo, and we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
What size should I order?
Each product description includes fit notes (true to size, relaxed, oversized). We recommend checking the details for the item you’re interested in so you can find your perfect fit.
Are your items pre-shrunk?
Most of our pieces are pre-shrunk, but slight variations can occur. We recommend washing in cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry to keep that lived-in feel.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Because we release in small batches, restocks depend on demand and material availability. If there’s something you’d love to see return, let us know through the Contact Us page. We read every message and welcome any feedback!
How do I care for my Low Tide Club pieces?
Wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air-dry for longest life. Avoid ironing directly over printed areas.
Where are you based?
Proudly East Coast–based, inspired by coastal calm. 🌴
Do you offer wholesale?
