Do you offer returns or exchanges? Because each piece is made on demand just for you, we currently don't accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order (wrong or damaged item), please reach out to lowtideclub.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We're a growing brand and our policies may evolve over time — check back for updates.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet, but stay tuned. This will change as we grow!
How long will my order take to ship? Orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). You'll receive tracking info by email once your order is on its way. Transit time varies by destination.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? Reach out within 7 days of delivery at lowtideclub.shop@gmail.com with a photo and your order details. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Are your items pre-shrunk? Comfort Colors garments are garment-dyed and pre-shrunk, but slight variations can occur. We recommend washing cold and laying flat or hanging to dry to preserve that lived-in feel.
Do you restock sold-out items? We're always looking at what to bring back based on demand. If there's something you'd love to see return, let us know through our Contact page, we read every message!
How do I care for my Low Tide Club pieces? Wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry for longest life. Avoid ironing directly over printed or embroidered areas.
Where are you based? Proudly East Coast–based, inspired by coastal calm. 🌴
