Stickers are final sale. Because they are handmade and low-cost, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If a sticker order arrives damaged or gets lost, contact lowtideclub.shop@gmail.com within 30 days for a free replacement.

Apparel is made to order, so we don't accept returns for size or change of mind, but if an apparel item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it free. If we send you the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it free. For damaged or misprinted items, please include a photo with your email.
